As we enter the holiday weekend in the US, here's a shot of SC 354 in Russia, on July 4, 1919.
SC 354 was unit leader of a unit of three submarine chasers assigned to sail to the White Sea, to assist with the evacuation of U.S. troops from Northern Russia. You can read about the Northern Russia Expedition in Chapter 7 of my book.
