Six WWI-era submarine chasers were built at Rocky River Dry Dock Co., in Rocky River, Ohio: SC 142, SC 143, and SC 403 through SC 406. Of these, all but SC 143 were sold to France, with the exception of SC 405, which was switched with hull number SC 177. See the details in the March 2020 issue of The Subchaser Archives Notes.
