SC 208: Henry Miller Collection 1 - Crossing

Submarine chaser SC 208 served during the war as a wing boat in Unit 19 (SC 206, SC 207, SC 208) from Base 27 in Plymouth, England. Later in the war SC 208 was reassigned to Base 6, Queenstown, Ireland.

This is the first of three photo sets from the the collection of Henry Miller, a Listener on SC 208. This set contains images of New London, CT, crossing the ocean, and ports and scenes along the way including Bermuda and the Azores.
