A subchaser and the converted yacht USS Freelance (SP830).
Note the depth charge rack on the stern of the chaser. These racks were custom-built on the chasers, and show many differences from one chaser to another. Some, like SC 59 in this image, were equipped with a single ramp-style rack on the stern; others had three angle-iron racks.
