    SC 21

    December 2008  Recently posted is a photo of Submarine Chaser SC 21, a chaser built in Brooklyn, NY and assigned to the Second Naval District.

    This chaser was involved in operations with the U.S. Naval Experimental Station in New London, CT.

    Thanks to Laura Hawkins for sending an album including this photograph to The Subchaser Archives for scanning.

    December 2008  Recently posted, from the collection of George Perley Morse, CO of submarine chaser SC 227, are several "close aboard" photos, images showing fine detail of equipment or structures on the chasers.
