For example, Submitted by Roy Lane, grandson of a radioman on SC 83, is an advertisement from the 1919-1920 A. C. McClurg & Co. holiday catalog featuring a submarine chaser toy. A. C. McClurg & Co. was a Chicago based publisher and mail order retailer.
