Ens. Andrew Joseph Kelley, USNRF, served as CO of submarine chaser SC 337, with service on the Otranto Barrage, stationed at Base 25, Corfu. He and the other chaser COs who served overseas were awarded the Navy Cross (the conditions for award being different initially than they are now).
