George Perley Morse served as CO of submarine chaser SC 227, which served overseas, based at Corfu (Base 25). This is a set of photographs from his service, showing various views of life aboard a subchaser.
The collection includes several photos from Base 25, photos of the chaser at sea, and views of the deck and operations such as fueling.
