Franklyn Brown's model is scratch-built and highly accurate in its fine detail. Instead of the typical model stand, Franklyn decided on a depiction of the boat on the ways, so that even the mounting would be part of the presentation, accurately reflecting a typical subchaser scene in WWI. The images below provide two general views. As soon as a set of detail images can be obtained, they will be added. The model shows SC 95, one of the chasers that participated in a wide range of operations including service on the Otranto Barrage, participation in the bombardment of the enemy submarine base at Durazzo, Albania on 2 October 1918, a post-war tour of duty in the White Sea to assist with the evacuation of U.S. troops from Russia, and minesweeping operations in the North Sea after that.
