Claude Fefeu notes that the full name of the establishment is cut off in the photo. ("Hotel" is partly cut off.) He indicates, further, that the photo is in Tunisia, either in Tunis or Bizerte, and points out that Tunisia was a French protectorate at this time. Thanks to Claude for these notes!
